Mystic Dining
You’ll soon discover there is much more to the Mystic dining experience than Mystic Pizza. Although the restaurant inspired the name of the 1988 film starring Julia Roberts, it was not the location of the film. Nonetheless, you can enjoy a great pizza as well as a variety of American dishes. Of course, you can expect your fish and seafood to be fresh off the fishing boats so indulge in a bowl of New England clam chowder or a basket of fish and chips. You’ll also find Asian and Mexican restaurants as well as authentic Irish pubs that serve malts and ales to complement their specialty dishes. Turn to your bed and breakfast innkeepers for dining suggestions and local favorites.
