The Craigflower National Historic Site's manor and schoolhouse is a glimpse into the history and the lives of the areas early settlers. The Craigdarroch Castle is an elaborate 39 room Victorian mansion that was built in the late1800s by British Columbia's coal Baron Robert Dunsmuir. Thousands of people from all over the world visit this beautiful estate every year and you won't want to miss out on it either. A restored Victorian home and garden that you will definitely want to visit is the Point Ellice House. Then, to see where one of Canada's best-known artists worked and lived, visit the 1860s Carr House. After, check out the oldest house in British Columbia, the Helmcken House, which was built by Dr. Sebastian Helmcken over 150 years ago.
