Transportation to Cortona
Cortona may be accessed by rail, bus or car. The closest station is Camucia-Cortona (3 kilometers from Cortona), but you can also arrive via Terontola-Cortona. There are direct trains from Florence, Rome, and Arezzo. From either train station, a bus will take you to Cortona, arriving at Piazza Garibaldi. Cortona can also be reached by bus from nearby towns and villages in Tuscany. If you are driving into Cortona from the A1, take the Valdichiana exit. Then take the Siena-Perugia motorway, exiting at Cortona-San Lorenzo, and follow signs for Cortona.
