Basilica de la Soledad
The Basilica de la Soledad is a large church located on Av. Independencia, 1 block north and 5 blocks west of the NW corner of the zócalo.It was built in 1692 in the baroque style, the holy site of the Soledad virgin, patron saint of Oaxacans.
