Island of Barbados, Barbados City Guide

Overview
White sand beaches, crystal-clear Caribbean waters and gently swaying palm trees make up the landscape of a Barbados bed and breakfast vacation. Barbados is easy to get to, easy to navigate, full of rich history, and a great place to relax all day in the warm sun. There are many Caribbean locations, but the laid-back nature of Barbados, combined with the safety and the attention to detail, are hallmarks of Barbados. There are many reasons to choose Barbados as a vacation destination and even more reasons to choose a bed and breakfast as the means to that vacation. From historic buildings to beach-front oases, there is a Barbados bed and breakfast to please every type of traveler. Although the island of Barbados is English speaking, there is a distinct culture difference that is easily spanned at a bed and breakfast. Barbados travelers who wish to initiate themselves in the local culture often choose a bed and breakfast because of the local connection. There are, of course, large beachside resorts in Barbados, but they do not offer the personal connection and the friendly service of a bed and breakfast.
