Maine Lobster Festival (Rockport) A five-day event centered on Maine's chief marine creature, with a huge tent cafeteria serving lobster and other seafood. Parade, harbor cruises, maritime displays, bands, entertainment. First weekend in August.
Schooner Days & North Atlantic Blues Festivals Three-day festival celebrating Maine's maritime heritage, featuring Parade of Schooners, arts, entertainment, concessions, fireworks; blues bands and club crawl. Weekend after July 4.
