Cherry Cheese Tarts - Print Friendly Page



  
Yield: 4 dozen 

Ingredients:
For best results use very tiny mini cupcake pans.

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick sweet unsalted butter
dash cinnamon

Mix the above and press 1 tsp. into the bottom of small cupcake papers that have already been placed in the cupcake tins.

Filling:
1 pound cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar


Instructions:
Filling:
Beat until smooth. Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full with cheese filling. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and top each with one cherry from a can of cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
