Artichoke-Cheese Souffle - Print Friendly Page

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups salsa
2 cans unmarinated artichoke hearts, chopped
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
2 cups shredded cheddar
14 eggs
16 oz sour cream

Instructions:
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Layer salsa & artichokes in the pan, then cheeses. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs and sour cream until smooth. Pour over the cheese. Bake 50 minutes or until set and lightly browned. First five ingredients can be assembled the night before and refrigerated.
