Ice Cream Pie - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
Joanne's Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie

1 large cooked pie crust, either pastry or cookie crumb
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (cheap will do)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Serves 6

Instructions:
Combine softened ice cream with peanut butter until blended. Place in prepared shell, being careful not to break up crust. Re-freeze at least eight hours, preferably overnight.

You may serve this plain, or with whipped cream, chopped nuts, fudge sauce, or any combination thereof.
