Ingredients: 1 loaf white bread
15 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 cups milk
1 tsp cinnamon
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup preserves (apricot)
Instructions: Remove crusts and spread cream cheese on enough slices to cover 15 x 10, well-greased loaf pan. Spread preserves over cream cheese. Cube remaining bread on place on top. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
