Banana Chocolate Muffins - Print Friendly Page



  
Yield: 2 dozen 

Ingredients:
Sift in a large bowl:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda

Mash in another bowl:
6 bananas

Stir in:
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs

Blend dry ingredients into banana mixture.

Chop into chunks:
1 7-ounce Hershey bar

Stir chocolate into batter.
Bake in muffin tins at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
