Ingredients: 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 1/2 cups milk or more to make smooth
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions: This is one of my oldest daughter, Evie's, favorite treats. She thinks she's getting ice cream and I know she's getting something healthy.
Freeze the bananas at least overnight. Add all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
