Sour Cream Coffee Cake - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
Mix:
1 2/3 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks soft margarine

Add & Mix:
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping:
In a separate bowl, mix
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Into greased tube or bundt pan, place 1/2 batter; sprinkle with 1/2 topping; place rest of batter on top; sprinkle with rest of topping. Bake 45-50 minutes.
