Rhubarb Pie - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
1 pint raw rhubarb
1 1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp. Water
2 eggs
Unbaked pie crust

Instructions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Add eggs. Mix. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with lattice crust. Bake in slow oven 325 degrees F.
