Lemon Yogurt Bread - Print Friendly Page



  
Yield: 2 loaves 

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups lemon yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:
Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Lightly beat the eggs in another large bowl. Add the oil; mix well. Add yogurt and lemon juice and dry ingredients - mix well. Pour into two well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 for one hour.
