Seviche - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
1 lb sea scallops, quartered
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
½ medium onion, diced
2 Tsp chopped cilantro
2 cups fresh lime juice
½ cup fresh lemon juice
dash or 2 of Tabasco sauce

Instructions:
In a large non-reactive bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss gently, coating scallops well. Cover and refrigerate 5 hours before serving. Serve with crackers.
