Ingredients: (2) 14 oz cans of whole artichokes packed in water.
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions: Chop artichokes and put in blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into baking dish or quiche dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350-400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
