Ingredients: 1 can salmon
1 cup shredded Jack cheese
8 oz sour cream
8 eggs
1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
3/4 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup pimento
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pan spray
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except cheddar cheese. Pour into sprayed pan and spread cheddar cheese over the top. Bake approximately 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be refrigerated.
