Ingredients: 3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
4 bananas, not too ripe—need to be firm
Instructions: Melt butter and sugar in a heavy pan. Add in syrup and Grand Marnier. Cook slowly until warm and bubbly. Add bananas and cook just until warm all the way through.
