Ingredients: 4 pounds raw Shrimp (jumbo) with head on
1/2 cup minces garlic
2 dozen Bay leaves
1 tablespoon ground thyme
1 cup olive oil
1 stick of butter
4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning or red pepper
1 cup cream sherry
1/2 cup of celery, parsley and onions
Instructions: Mix all together in dutch oven except shrimp. Bring to a boil and add shrimp. Cook for 25 minutes of more. Peal and eat!
