Baked Egg Dish - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
8 slices of cubed bread
1 - 1 1/2 cups of cheese
1 - 1 1/2 cups cubed ham, bacon, or cooked sausage
1 can of cream of mushroom (or cream of celery) soup
2 cups milk
4 to 5 eggs (beaten)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Place bread on bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Shred cheese and ham and sprinkle on top of bread. Mix together last 4 items and pour over the top.

You can cover and refrigerate this overnight or bake immediately. Bake until bubbly and brown in a 350 degree over usually 30-35 minutes.
