2-3-4 Muffins - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
2 cups all bran cereal
3 cups raisin bran cereal
4 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups honey
3 eggs
4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups corn oil
5 teaspoon baking soda
5 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:
Mix all the above together and refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake in greased or papered muffin pans as many as needed at 400°F for about 20 minutes. The remaining batter will keep for two weeks in well sealed container.
