Cheese Souffle - Print Friendly Page



  
Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
6 eggs
2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1-2 teaspoons vanilla

Fresh Strawberry Sauce

2 pints strawberries, hulled
4-6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons strawberry or orange-flavored liqueur, optional

Instructions:
Mix everything but butter together until well blended. Add butter and place in ungreased 9x12 glass dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with Fresh Strawberry Sauce.

Strawberry Sauce: Place in medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until strawberries are soft.
