Ingredients: 3 boxes of chopped spinach
Lemon juice
1 pint sour cream
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned salt
1 sleeve Waverly crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted
Instructions: Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Add a capful of lemon juice. Stir in sour cream, minus 3 tablespoons. Add Parmesan cheese and seasoned salt; stir well. Spread in a 9" x 13" Pyrex dish. Top with crushed crackers that have been mixed with the butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
