Ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
pinch salt
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil or spray muffin pans generously. Mix all ingredients by hand just until moist. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from pans IMMEDIATELY.
