Ingredients: 8 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash ground pepper
2 tablespoon butter
3 ounces cream cheese with chives (cubed)
Instructions: Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper. Melt butter in skillet & pour in egg mixture. As they begin to set, drop in cheese cubes. Scramble softly until cheese is melted.
