Ingredients: 3 cloves garlic
1 ounce anchovy fillets
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
¾ tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 ½ cups virgin olive oil
1/6 cup lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 fresh roasted red pepper
Instructions: In a blender, purée garlic, anchovies, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Add egg yolk & white, and mustard. Slowly stream in olive oil alternately with lemon juice, while the blender is running. Season with salt & pepper, then add roasted red pepper.
