Ingredients: 1 pound frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes
1 pound country sausage
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
Instructions: Grease a 13"x9" baking dish, set aside. Brown sausage, mix in flour and cook 2 minutes. Add milk and cook 5 min.
Put hash browns potatoes in baking dish. Top with most of the cheese. Sprinkle with chives. Pour the sausage gravy over cheese and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 35-45 minutes.
