Ingredients: 3 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 ¼ cup sugar
8 ounce sour cream
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup Hershey’s cocoa
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
3 eggs
Crust:
1 cup crushed chocolate graham crackers
¼ cup melted butter or margarine
Mix together and pat in to bottom of spring form pan
Instructions: Beat cream cheese & sugar until well blended, add sour cream and vanilla, beat well. Beat in cocoa and flour. Add 1 egg at a time and beat until well blended. Pour on to prepared crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F, then reduce heat to 250°F and continue baking for 40 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack and with a sharp knife, loosen sides of cake from form pan.
Notes: Do not remove from ring until well chilled.
