Ingredients: 1 cup flour
1 cup lemon poppy seed bread/muffin mix, with poppy seeds
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon quick acting yeast (preferably for bread makers)
1 tablespoon sugar
dash salt
2 tablespoons gluten flour
Instructions: Mix yeast and sugar in water. When soft and rising, put in bread maker. Add balance of ingredients. After running breadmaker a few minutes. Check to see if dough has formed a ball. If not, add a tad more warm water or flour as needed. Knead, rise, repeat and bake in breadmaker (or in over) for 40 minutes, until golden brown.
