Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
10 corn tortillas, cut into wedges & sautéed in butter until soft
12 eggs lightly scrambled
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream
2 cups grated cheese

Instructions:
Heat oven to 250 degrees. All ingredients are approximate - use what you have and what you like. In a 9 x 13" casserole, make layers of tortillas, eggs, salsa, sour cream and cheese. Bake 1 hour.
