Blintz Souffle - Print Friendly Page

Ingredients:
18 frozen cheese blintzes (3 packages)
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ cup Orange Juice
¾ cup sugar

Instructions:
Grease 13x9 pan. Place blintzes in pan. Blend all other ingredients until frothy. Pour over blintzes and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
