Stuffed French Toast - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
Eight slices of sturdy bread, take crust off
Two 8 oz. Packages of cream cheese, cubed
12 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 cups milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions:
Place half of bread cubes in bottom of 9x13" baking dish. Put cream cheese on top of bread. Put remaining bread on top of cheese. Beat eggs and combine with maple syrup and milk. Pour mixture over bread and cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Next morning take off plastic wrap and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
