Ingredients: Crust
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1c. melted butter
Combine all ingredients. Press into 13x9 pan and bake for 20 minutes at 325F.
Filling
2 large packages cream cheese
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
zest of 1/2 lemon, grated
4 tbs. flour
Instructions: Beat cream cheese, then eggs, then sugar, lemon juice and zet, flour - together till smooth. Pour on baked crust. Bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool, cut, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Notes: How many lemon bars depends on what size you cut them into.
