Ingredients: 4 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups blueberries-rinsed and dried
Instructions: Cream butter and sugar. Add egg.Mix well. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in blueberries after you have finished blending the mixture. Pour batter into greased 9 inch square pan. Spread topping (see below) over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan.
Notes: Topping ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter
Combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut butter into mixture. Sprinkle over batter in the pan.
Can be frozen.
