Ingredients:
A fine stilton cheese
A fine Italian honey
Your favorite cocktail cracker.

Instructions:
Use a pretty cutting board or small platter.
About an hour before your guests arrive place the Stilton Cheese in the center of the board or platter.

Drizzel enough honey on the cheese to lightly coat the cheese and drain down it.

Let sit for on hour. Serve with a small cheese knife or spreader and your favorite cracker on the side.

Notes:
A truly delicious blend of honey and Stilton cheese. Very simple presentation yet speaks volumes.
