Ingredients: 3/4 cup onion
3 Tbsp. butter
6 c. water*
6 cubes chicken bouillon*
6 cups milk
2 cups frozen broccoli
8 oz. pkg. small noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
*can substitute canned chicken broth for bouillon and water.
Instructions: Saute onion in butter. Add water and bouillon and bring to a boil. Add frozen broccoli. Cook until almost tender.
Add noodles and salt. Cook 3 minutes. Add milk and cheese.
Heat on medium-low.
