Ingredients: 9 in. unbaked pastry shell
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
Instructions: Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg; blend until smooth. Sperad in bottom of unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle with pecans. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; blend well. Pour over pecans.
Bake 35-40 min. until center is firm to touch, Cool before serving.
