Chilled Strawberry Soup - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup water, divided
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
- Two 8 oz cartons strawberry yogurt
- Reddi Whip

Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine apple juice, 1/2 cup water, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and cool. Place strawberries and remaining 1/2 cup water in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Pour into mini-bowls and garnish with a dollop of Reddi Whip.
