Bacon Breakfast Casserole - Print Friendly Page

Ingredients:
1 pound bacon
10 slices of bread
Butter
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions:
Cut bacon into cubes and brown until crisp. Drain and reserve. Butter the bread slices generously and cut into cubes. Place in the bottom of a 10 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Pour over bread cubes. Sprinke the crisp baon on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, uncover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 8.
