Arroyo Vista Inn Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies - Print Friendly Page

Yield: 2 dozen 

Ingredients:
3/4 cup softened butter
3/4 cup Crisco
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
5 cups oatmeal (old fashioned)
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture. Mix.

This is a double batch. It goes quickly! Drop teaspoons-full of cookie dough onto ungreased sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
