Ingredients: 4 slices Texas toast
3 whole eggs
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons Bailey's Irish Cream
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
Instructions: Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, orange juice, Bailey's, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dip bread into mixture, turning so the bread will absorb the liquid. Spray griddle or skillet with vegetable oil. Sautee each side of bread until firm and golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with warm maple syrup.
