Ingredients: ¼ Cup Sherry Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Shallots, minced
2 Tablespoons Honey
½ Teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons walnut oil
½ Cup Walnuts
1 cup halved red grapes
½ cup blue cheese crumbles
Instructions: Combine first 7 ingredients in processor and blend
until combined. Toss with salad greens, grapes, and
blue cheese.
Makes ¾ Cup Vinaigrette to serve 6-8 main salads.
