Ingredients: .one box of yellow cake mix with pudding
.one box of butterscotch pudding
.four eggs
.one cup wine or cooking sherry
.one ounce of poppy seeds
.one cup of oil, prefer olive oil
optional:
.powered sugar
.milk
.whipped cream cheese
.jam
Instructions: .mix all ingredents on high speed for eight minutes. pour into greased: one bundt cake pan, two bread pans or assorted size muffin pans.
.Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for bundt cake pan and time varies for other cooking pans. ready when toothpick comes out clean.
.top with powered sugar and milk glaze. excellent with a mixture of whipped cream cheese and jam.
Notes: freezes well and the cake is light and airy.
