Ingredients: 1 stick of butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup chopped onion
Turkey or chicken stock
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
˝ tsp. celery seed, more if desired
1 cup chopped potatoes
2 cups chopped turkey
Instructions: Melt butter in a large skillet, add flour and brown. Add onion and sauté, add 1 cup stock. Add peppers, potatoes, celery seed, and salt and pepper, simmer until potatoes are just soft. Add turkey, heat through. Add more stock, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with jellied cranberry sauce and corn bread.
