Herbed Cream Cheese Omelet - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
1 - 8 ounce package of light cream cheese
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
Make individual omelet to your liking. I use 2 eggs beaten with a little water per omelet. Prepare herbed cream cheese by combining cream cheese, dill weed and parsley. Fill each omelet with 2-3 tablespoons of herb cream cheese.
