Ingredients: Sweet Italian Sausage - (as many as number of people to serve)- Cut in 1/3rds
1 quart green seedless grapes
In large covered frying pan, cook sausages in 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Drain. Add grapes, cover & simmer for 10 minutes more. Uncover & cook over high heat until liquid begins to evaporate. Lower temperature & cook 15-20 minutes more. Serve over a bed of polenta and garnish with grape clusters.
