Ingredients: Slice 1" pieces of French Bread
Dip in Batter:
Beat 5 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons amaretto
1 cup milk
Instructions: Put in lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of bread then spoon 1 spoonful of batter over almonds. Turn when lightly browned and brown other side. Serve with warm pure maple syrup.
