Egg & Cheese Ramekins - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
16 eggs, beaten
1 tsp dry mustard

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put cheese in an 8 in. square, greased casserole, or 8 greased small ramekins. Pour cream to just cover the cheese, shake mustard and pepper over the casserole or ramekins. Beat eggs well and pour over the cheese and cream mixture.

Bake 30 minutes. These puff up like a soufle and need to be served immediately, before they fall.
