Large Breakfast Muffins - Print Friendly Page



Ingredients:
6 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1 package Texas style biscuits (use only 6 biscuits)
2 precooked potato patties
3/4 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:
Spray large muffin pan. Combine eggs and milk and set aside. With flour on counter, flatten biscuits. Form into muffin pan. Chop potato patties and place into bottom. Divide sausage and cheese evenly. Pour egg and milk mixture over muffins to 3/4 full. Bake at 300 degrees F for 25-30 minutes and allow eggs to set after baking.
